Domus is a modern real estate management platform designed to help agents and property teams manage listings, capture structured leads, and schedule viewings — without losing serious enquiries in WhatsApp threads or messy spreadsheets.

Context

Real estate teams handle high volumes of enquiries across multiple channels (calls, DMs, WhatsApp, walk-ins). The result is usually the same: leads get forgotten, follow-ups happen late, listing information becomes inconsistent, and managers can’t tell what’s working.

Domus was created as a concept product to explore how a clear, UI-first workflow can reduce chaos and improve conversion — from first enquiry to viewing to closed deal.

The goal was to design an interface that feels professional, fast to use daily, and scalable for multiple agents and branches — without sacrificing visual polish.
